4. User Contributions

6. Modifications and Interruptions

We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Service without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 10-day trial period during which you can fully evaluate our service. This trial period allows you to assess the quality and suitability of our content generation features.

Due to the significant costs associated with external APIs and AI services, we do not offer refunds after the trial period has ended. By continuing to use the service after the trial period, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

8. Backlink Exchange Network Eligibility

Participation in our Backlink Exchange Network is subject to specific eligibility criteria. To qualify and remain in the program, websites must meet the following requirements:

  • Content Quality: Content must be original, high-quality, and regularly updated with relevant information.
  • Legality: The website must not engage in any illegal activities.
  • Prohibited Niches: The website must not be related to adult content, gambling, illegal substances, CBD, marijuana, or other restricted categories.
  • Security & SEO Ethics: The website must not contain malicious software, spam, or engage in "black-hat" SEO practices.
  • Appropriateness: Content must be appropriate for all audiences and must not contain violence, hate speech, or harassment.
  • Transparency: The website must have a clear Privacy Policy and Terms of Service accessible to users.
  • Metrics: The website must have active organic traffic and engagement metrics.
  • Subscription Status: The website owner must be an active subscriber to our Service in good standing.
  • Compliance: The website must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in its jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject any website application for the Backlink Exchange Network at our sole discretion. Participants may be removed from the network at any time without notice if they fail to maintain these standards or violate any terms of service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. 12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
